The Ambassador Program provides high school students the opportunity to connect SCYLC to their high school and friends. Any student attending the conference is eligible to sign up for the program but only those who successfully complete the program will receive the benefits on the day of conference.
As an ambassador you have the opportunity to receive some or all of the following:
- Recognition through a certificate which can be mentioned on resumes and applications
- University of Toronto merchandise bag
- A reference letter signed by the SCYLC Chairs
HOW IT WORKS
To receive the benefits of the Ambassador Program, you will be rewarded through the points you redeem based on the tasks you complete. On the day of the conference, you will receive one benefit. For example, if an ambassador accumulates 38 points, they will receive only the U of T Bag of Merch likewise 40 or above points will get you only a reference letter. Each student is required to accumulate at least 10 points to be recognized as an ambassador provided they have signed up for the program. Ambassadors are also required to attend the conference.
*Note: Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with further instructions about the program. If you have signed up but not received an email within 7 days of signing up, please email [email protected].
